21st CCLC Out-of-School Time Program

At our heart, we're a close-knit community that cares deeply about the education and well-being of our students. The 21st Century Community Learning Center's Out-of-School Time Program is a place where students from Uniontown Area School District  (grades 1-5) come together to learn, grow, and have fun. Our out-of-school time programs run Monday through Thursday at two different locations. The East End United Community Center in Uniontown, PA operates from 3:00-5:30 PM. The Waynesburg Central Elementary School site operates from 3:15-5:45 PM. Transportation is provided from each location to the child's residence or close by at a bus drop off point.

OPEN ENROLLMENT ALL YEAR
Any child (grades 1-5) in the Central Greene or Uniontown (Ben Franklin or Lafayette buildings only) school districts can join the 21st CCLC afterschool programs at any time. Simply ask your school’s office for a student application, inquire with your Site Coordinator, call or email Program Director, Casey Sirochman (contact listed below), or fill out the enrollment form below.

FAMILY MEMBERS WELCOME
Parents, guardians, and siblings of 21st CCLC students are encouraged to be part of our community. Whether it’s through an on-site visit, attending an Open House, serving as a field trip chaperone, or participating in a community service project, we strive to make family members a part of our program.
