1. General Information
At EEUCC, we are committed to providing high-quality products that support our community programs. As a non-profit organization, proceeds from sales directly benefit our community initiatives. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame:Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Receipt: A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  
4. Process for Returns
- In-Person Returns:Returns can be made in person at EEUCC during regular business hours. Please bring the item and your receipt.
- Mail-In Returns:For returns by mail, please contact our office at 724-437-1660 to receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, items returned after the 30-day window, or missing parts).

6. Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value.
- Process: Exchanges can be made in person at EEUCC or through our mail-in process as described above.

7. Donations
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, consider donating the item back to EEUCC. Your donation will help support our community programs and initiatives.
